For the past six years, I have mentored artists and music professionals from all across Europe, from the UK and Portugal to Italy, Ukraine, Slovenia and Hungary. I view the music industry as a global conversation and I frequently join this dialogue as a speaker, moderator or expert consultant for international conferences and European cultural projects. My contributions focus on the mechanics of artist management, the strategic role of music conferences in market development and the importance of gender equality and mentorship. I also consult on brand partnerships and the „big picture” of cultural entrepreneurship. These platforms allow me to act as a bridge, translating Eastern European market realities into global standards and helping to foster a more integrated international music ecosystem.
My formal transition into mentorship began in 2021 when I served as a tutor for the JUMP – European Music Market Accelerator for two consecutive years. Since then, this role has become one of my favorite professional contributions. In 2025, I mentored in the Keychange Talent Leadership Programme and in 2026, I am currently mentoring three artists and two managers across two distinct European projects: EMMpower and the Upbeat x EMMA Artist Mentoring Program.
I offer one-on-one sessions for artists and professionals where I act as a strategic sounding board. My role is to help my mentees clarify their roadmap, identify their unique strengths, and determine exactly where their potential for growth lies. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all formula, I focus on the individual vision. I work with my mentees to uncover the core of their professional identity and develop the specific areas that will make their path sustainable. By providing an objective perspective and the professional distance needed to see the „big picture,” I help them navigate the complexities of the industry with a clear sense of direction, turning a creative spark into a resilient, long-term career.
